A further proof of professionalism and seriousness that will allow Franzosini & Butti Ltd. to consolidate its presence in the British post Brexit market.
As part of our constant commitment to provide our customers with the best possible post-Brexit customs service, in June 2021 Franzosini & Butti Ltd obtained membership of the International Federation of FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations) and the British International Freight Association, also known as BIFA.
BIFA is the trade association for UK registered companies engaged in the international movement of goods by all modes of transport, air, road, rail, sea and customs. This association, which has more than 1500 corporate members, is the UK National Association member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations FIATA, a non-governmental organization that now has around 5,500 forwarding, logistics and customs agents, based in 150 countries .
Our customer service and customer experience is always at the forefront of our decision making. Joining these important associations will help us to further improve our services and will also increase our presence and visibility in the UK market. It will be an opportunity for us to manage customs clearance operations in the post Brexit period.
Furthermore, this membership allows us to operate under the BIFA terms and conditions ensuring we adhere to strict rules of the code of conduct and commercial, giving further assurance to us our customers.
